Terms and Conditions

1. Booking:

• Bookings can be made via the Leeway booking portal or by calling the site supervisor.

• Payment methods include cash or Credit/Debit card (subject to availability).

• Leeway reserves the right to cancel or restrict bookings depending on availability.

2. Pricing:

• All prices are listed on our service menu available on the site.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment:

• Payment is required upon collection of the vehicle.

• Failure to make full payment may result in us retaining the vehicle until the payment is completed.

• Vehicles left unpaid remain at the owner’s risk until payment is settled.

4. Liability:

• Services are performed with reasonable skill and care.

• Leeway is not liable for loss or damage to the vehicle, its parts, accessories, or content unless proven to be due to negligence, criminal act, or statutory breach.

• Leeway does not accept liability for loss due to police, H.M. Customs & Excise, or any authorized seizure.

• Customers should remove all valuables before leaving their vehicle.

5. Terms of Service:

• Customers must disclose any known defects or damages in their vehicles before cleaning begins.

• Vehicles are not insured by Leeway while in our custody; insurance remains the owner’s responsibility.

• Complaints must be reported before leaving the premises.

• Customers are liable for any injury or damage caused by defects in their vehicle.

• Old or non-original paintwork may be affected during cleaning.

• Child and booster seats must be refitted by the customer.

• Customers must ensure they have a spare set of keys; Leeway is not responsible for lost or locked-in keys.

• Services for vehicles older than three years are provided at the owner’s risk due to potential plastic weakness.

6. Car Size Determination:

• Leeway’s classification of vehicle size in relation to pricing is final and binding.
